When trying to make a U-Turn on the Parkway from Souh-bound to North-bound at Universiy it's unclear if it's legal to access the businesses along the road there. Can you turn into the Map-Co or Big Ed's there? Is Cox Ave okay? The lane markings and lack of a yield sign make the whole situation confusing. Almost every car turning there violates the markings in one way or another.
