Description
The alley/street junction directly behind address (between 28th and 29th Ave n) needs paved and sediment removed. The fire hydrant at 4th street and 28th Ave N was hit which made it worse. Our disabled neighbor uses it daily and has trouble getting his wheelchair hrough it.
