Citizen phoned in today to make City aware of the traffic light issue at the intersection of Hermitage Road and Robin Hood Road. Stated that the light is malfunctioning when you are in the left turn lane to go toward Boulevard, it take like 3 cycles to get through. POTENTIAL hazard as people are becoming impatient and running the light while it is still red. Someone today went around 3 cars to take the left. You can't always see people coming from under the tressel.
