Description

In the 1800blk of Alabama Av. SE to the 2100 blk of Alabama Av SE we can not go from one side of Alabama Av SE, from (the even side to the odd side) legally without being hit by a car, there are know cross walks in a three block span, this is a public safety issue that has been going on for years. No Director or Engineer has our concern at heart. !!
