at least 20' x 10' filled potholes that have all broken loose

Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. Less than 6” deep
Q. Is the pothole in the right-of-way?
A. Yes
Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearby milestones, etc)
A. This is a large section of Old Post that's a problem every winter and has been filled at least 20 times. This section forces drivers onto the other side of the road. Needs a permanent fix please.
