Description

4 depressed manhole covers in a row right in the path of the left side wheels. It goes bump, bump, bump!

This is the second or third time I turned this in. It is hard to dig up and make manhole covers flush and I know it's a lot of work but this set really needs to be taken care of along with the other three or four ones that are within 50 feet of this set. The photograph is not that one because there's too much traffic.
