Description
There have been small "portable" stop signs at the intersection of Oakdale and Catalpa for months. Please either install permanent signs or take them away. There really is no reason for them on this narrow street, as it's mostly limited to one lane due to parked cars, so nobody speeds. They can't be seen for the parked cars so most cars drive through them, not realizing they're there.
