Another home on the 700 block of E. Columbia Ave was attempted to be broke into on Friday Aug. 22nd. This is the 3rd attempt on this block. The first house the intruder got in. This person of interest is a black male riding on a bike. He rides this area day and night. 3 a.m - 6 a.m. and during the day scoping out homes. We need some undercover officers over here to catch this guy. This guy is getting more brazing! Just be aware. Tell your neighbors.
