The left turn light from south bound Hayes to East bound 14 mile is not consistent every day. Sometimes the left turn light is green when the south bound through lanes are green, then switches to RED. Other times, the left turn light is a flashing yellow while the through lanes are green, then when the though lanes changes to red, the left turn light turns to green. This is confusing to the drivers especially the young new drivers when they pass through this intersection frequently. Why does it have to be different every day?
