There are consistently cars parked on the 600 block of East Davie St in a no parking zone. While it is a residential block, it is at the crest of the hill. Parking on this block makes it difficult to see as you drive east on E. Davie. Also, there is not a center line. Seems like it would be easy for an accident. Can this area be monitored by parking patrol?
