at the guard gate there is a traffic light however cars do not stop far enough back as to not possibly hit someone crossing by foot or by bike. The same goes for those crossing they do not stop to see if the car coming out of 164th st is going to stop far enough back. Please see if sighs can be posted prior to the exit at the light and also for those crossing from south to north.

again the other day a biker was almost hit because he crossed without stopping going north on 35th ave
while a car coming out of the gated area did not stop far enough back and almost hit the rider. I have reported this a number of times but never received acknowledgement
