Deskripsyon

Along meadow lane near Walmart and behind Spruce center has trash and Walmart and target carts everywhere. I would like to see this area better taken care of and some kind of signs in the area about not leaving carts and fining if throwing trash on the ground.

This issue is partly due to JRK MANAGEMENT and their poor upkeep of their property and the area surrounding it. They are only focused on improving the visual appearance in a very narrow band so as to lure residents into their property. If it is out of sight for them, it is out of mind.

I couldn't agree with u more. I think the apartments, Walmart shopping center and MARTA should be required to keep that area clean.
