Graffiti on EVERY Parking Pay Station on 14th St, between Jackson St & Oak St - which includes in front of Subway restaurant, in front of Little Stars Preschool, next to Mc Donalds, in front of Main Library, next to Alameda County HR Admin Building, etc. This is a daily/weekly graffiti target area, with virtually no enforcement. I have seen taggers at night and during day with no threat of being cited or caught, they tag with impunity!!
