Description
Every single time the light turns at this intersection and pedestrians are supposed to cross, there are still 2 or 3 cars rushing down montgomery street to cross market. There is an officer there that does nothing but stare at his phone, in his vehicle, or fiddling with the box that changes the lights (?). It's just a matter of time until a pedestrian is struck at this intersection due to poor light timing and lack of enforcement.

I will be contacting SFPD to ask for a patrol of this intersection and for these cars to be cited. This will usually stop the late light runners. I will also put in a call to DPT regarding the timing of these lights so that it gives time for cars to get across before allowing pedestrians to cross. Thank you for your participation in making the streets safer for all!
