The trash has been collected in this alley every week. They have stopped collecting the cans that are left out in the alley by the "No Dumping" signs, since they are typically filled with rain water and non-bagged trash. If you make sure to bring your cans back to your yard after collection each week, you will not be missed. The dc law requires this from all residents. I returned all of the cans from that no dumping area this week on Weds night to try to alleviate the issue... but if everyone does their own cans each week, it'll be easier.
