The little jerks living at 617 Monte Carlo Dr are at it again! They're out there revving some really loud engine over and over again while they get drunk and high. They started about 10:00pm, It's now 11:10pm and they're still letting the neighborhood know how loud their little toys are. This is a frequent occurrence. If I call the police, they'll just tell me that if an officer drives by, and they're not revving their engines at that exact moment, they can't do anything about it. They're loud like this at least 2 or 3 nights a week. Help! Who should we call?
