This is the house owned by Estelia Mesimar All the neighbors have had a difficult time with the misquotes in the area. My washer and dryer are located in my carport and I/my family are swarmed by mosquitoes each time I/we go outside to let my dog out and do laundry each day. I also can't open my door without them coming in our house. This woman bought this house and has neglected it. The pool has been greenish black since shortly after she purchased it in November. I called and nicely asked her to put chlorine in her pool to kill them and she said the property is not a priority or a concern for her. I also asked her multiple times as well to clean it via email. I filed a complaint and also called the City. It is now the 20th of August and the pool is still green and the misquotes (and loud frogs) are still breeding! She did take the time pay someone to board up the fence with the missing panels but I can see through the cracks of the fence and nothing has been done.
