Dumping of used tires in the backyard at vacant house and in the alley (1207 N 24th St). 2nd time company dumping their tires on the block. First time was 7/21/2014 (that was reported) then 8/17/2014 looks like monthly drops so next month they may try to dump again (around 9/13th or 14th or 9/20th or 21st). The tire company that is dumping tires is the one on 25th street right in front of the library. They come at night on the weekends and many people have seen them do it. They also dump the tires in a bin at 1209 N 24th, whichis next to the vacant lot where they are remodeling a home. The bin is filled with tires and the owners can't put their items in the bin because of all the tires.
