Heading east on Merrimack street I was looking for signage that would preclude the left turn onto John street. I finally saw it, but it was too late since it had been hidden by tree branches as one approached the intersection. Maybe a left turn should be permitted as it facilitates access to the parking garage, but if not allowed the sign should be much clearer for the motorist.
