Asphalt/ TAR ,:road/ speed bumps in the North and south bound lanes of N. Capitol Street. about 3 or 4 between the intersections of Michigan Ave. and Taylor St intersections .
If they are meant to slow traffic, they are not effective. I think they are ruining the alignment of my vehicle when I run over them, and have to slow to at least 5 mi. under the speed limit of 40 MPH. They are in the left two lanes of 3. on both sides. Can they be flattened of removed ?
