136,130 & 122 Chestnut -Shame on you. 136 used to be the gem of the street and now look at it. That along with the other two are disgusting. Times are tough so all that is needed is muscle and elbow grease to look nice. And keep your kids away from the road too.

omg is posting something here the way to get my neighbors to clean up that Superfund site masquerading as a yard? they would need an EPA permit to clean out their garage or yard

There kids ran onto harshorn knocking down construction barcades at 9pm a week ago. And we brought all 9 kids to there house and the parents smelt like beer and they just let them run again!

The latent "Gem", 136, became a rental dwelling in 2009. It's evident that the parcel owner isn't concerned with the property condition or the tenants' antics. "Hillbilly Haven" is one description....while trailer park trash is another. There's no display of respect or regard for the surrounding neighbors or the entire neighborhood. This has become an embarrassment for many. Now, with today's economy, property values have slid--but with these neighbors, the values have PLUMMETED!
