I live across street from Uptown Complex Park...love it - great job in keeping it clean. However, many residents walk dogs and DO NOT clean up after them. Can a sign be posted "Clean up Poo" or the like as well as a small metal container to house the empty bags for them? Seems they don't bring bags either!! We watch it from our front porch all day long........we're at 228 N Massachusetts....thanks so much!
