Description
The property on this corner has their automatic lawn sprinklers installed at the curb along their property, so the water is spraying a stream from the curb, all the way across the sidewalk, and up to the walls of the house, so when the sprinklers are on, the entire sidewalk is completely unusable by pedestrians along Quandt and McLain. There's never an opportunity to avoid the lawn watering system, I got hit twice in the face while trying to walk around the corner. Is this type of lawn sprinkler system set up allowed?

Two questions...... re: "There's never an opportunity to avoid the lawn watering system"
So what, like they're on 24/7?
and: "I got hit twice in the face while trying to walk around the corner"
So, are you blind or something? People water across the sidewalk all the time to get the parking strip. Normal people just walk around it into the street to avoid getting sprayed with water.

I find it reassuring that I get updates on this sprinkler. Please keep this one open.
The initial idiot shaming comment telling people to walk in the street really takes me back to summer.
