Description
The storm drains along this length of street and those going north on east to west streets are completely clogged with debris such as the gravel used in place of grass buffers between the sidewalks and street and with trash. The next street north has had a 2.5 ft deep section of the buffer washed away allowing water to run in under the sidewalk and soon to be under the road way there. All of this is due to poor engineering design and construction of the street and storm system and the use of gravel as a buffer instead of grass which would prevent soil erosion and runoff.
