CalTrans has been contacted numerous times to fix/replace the fence that was taken down by the homeless encampment in this area since December 2013 and to remove the accumulated and filthy litter/trash by the encampment and they have yet to fix this issue. This is part of the reason why the homeless revisit this area frequently. The fence and litter need to be taken care of immediately!
