Deskripsyon

Lenox Park blvd was repaved several weeks ago and re-stripped. However, the crosswalks are still not done. This is a hazard for pedestrians, especially since Atlanta drivers seldom obey the law with crosswalks! We are also only two blocks from schools. Will this be completed soon? They were already done on other roads that were repaved at the same time.

The striping that was done on Lenox Park was only temporary striping. We can not do the permanent striping, including the final crosswalk striping until at least 30 days after paving. The permanent striping and crosswalk striping is scheduled to be done by early September.

Thank you for a very quick response. The service we get from Brookhaven is so much better than we ever received from DeKalb. If it was up to the county the road would not have been repaved until after 2020!
I also notice that the right of ways on Roxboro and North Druid Hills are now cut regularly.
