Are you kidding PP RESIDENT!! The code enforcer does absolutely NOTHING about the house at 817 5th ave for over 10 years now, NOTHING!!! Some neighbors complained, sent letters, even put messages on his voice mail, and Pete Subbers (old councilman) even came to have a look a few years back. All we got was NOTHING!!!! So you where a lucky one, did you have to grease him to do hid job? Please let me know what it takes for this person to MOVE!!!! Can't wait to move to a town that listens to it's residents concerns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe you can ride past this property and tell "your friend" the code enforcer to take a look at it, PLEASE!! Since he seems to listen to you only!!!!!! PLEASE!!

Well living in Tinicum, the code enforcement officer or officers their more interested in how a construction and how much $$ it will take to glide the project along. Now I'm not saying this is the case every time, but you can't start work without a lot of insurance and paperwork, thus there is a LOT of construction done on Saturday & Sunday and for this very reason. There is nothing to inspect when the project is done !
