Description

Very large rv, with people living in it. Has been parked steadily for one month. Expired registration, no parking permit. Receives no tickets. They only move it on street cleaning days, so it's there for two weeks at a time. An eyesore with suspect activity from those living in it. Parked in front of "2200 14th Avenue".
