Well, this property did have a permit because they will follow the simple rules of replanting a few trees and paying into a "tree fund"....basically money talks. We need to change the law to where common sense wins over what a developer wants. Where our city can say "no, you can't cut established hardwoods".
These two beautiful hardwoods were near sidewalk/street and not in the way!
