Description
Sick and tired of developers cutting hardwood trees down (usually w/o permit) and getting away with it. Can't imagine the City of Sandy Springs would keep approving this all the time. Developers only get slapped with a $250 fee. That's not high enough to deter them. Make it $3,000!!!
