Description

We need to make the dangerous intersection of Ashmun and Lock Streets an all-way-stop with stop 2 stop signs added on Ashmun St for vehicles approaching the intersection from either direction. As is, because of the sharp angle of the intersection, cars and bicyclists on Lock St need to practically enter the intersection in order to see whether cars (that won't stop) are approaching on Ashmun from the left. We also need signage indicating that pedestrians have right-of-way and that drivers need to share the road with bicyclists! Thanks for addressing this important traffic safety issue!
