Has this been addressed in the last year?

No, this problem still exists. I visited this place just 2 weeks ago. It is on the north side of Weatherly Road. It's a driveway step. It would be a good idea to put a small street sweeper on the entire length of this sidewalk. It hasn't be cleaned in years.

Issue 1095201 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

I looked at this last night and saw a pile of new, dark asphalt turning this "step" into a tiny steep ramp. At least, I *think* I'm thinking of the right spot for this particular issue...
