There is one dwelling at 800 Gilchrist, which is owner occupied. There is one dwelling at 802 Gilchrist. This is rental property that has not been registered. A code violation case had been started for the rental registration violation. There is currently no evidense of more than 4 unrelated at either address. The Code Officer for this area will continue to monitor. Inspection of the vehicles will be done and will reply with the status here.
