Congratulations City of GP! Now not only do we have multiple yield signs that road users fail to 'yield' at in Signature Falls but we have a race track connecting 86 st. and 87 st. and now road users are going to get t-boned at high speed when they fail to yield to race cars on 72 ave. Not the first post regarding yield signs in Signature Falls.

In regards to the comment received, Engineering has reviewed the road network in this subdivision and it should be noted that both 86 Street and 76 Avenue are collector roads. The speed limit is still 50 km/h along these roadways.
These road networks will be monitored for traffic calming measurement as the subdivision continues to grow. Analysis will be undertaken this year at the intersections of 72 Avenue and 86 Street as well as 72 Avenue & 87 Street to determine whether these intersections warrant to be stop control intersections or not.
Engineering will also monitor the speed by undertaking speed analyses to confirm the speeding through the area along 72 Avenue. If motorists are speeding through this area, it is recommended that Enforcement be contacted.
