Citizens (and the city) would greatly benefit from the addition of a turn signal on the stop light on Andrew Jackson Parkway and Highland View Drive. Accidents have often happened at that light during busy hours because cars in opposite two-car lanes are trying to turn in different directions at the same time while obstructing each others' views.
