Description

There is markings on sidewalk for proposed handicap access sidewalk conversion. Currently the way it is laid out it would be blind spot for car coming down Jasmine. Driver would not see pedestrian crossing that particular handicap conversion section. Same for pedestrian, they cannot see vehicle coming down Jasmine if using that proposed handicap conversion section of sidewalk.
