No overhead lights in parking lot at 8;55pm on 8/13/14. Makes the parking lot unsafe for women returning to cars. Unsafe for customers walking with full shopping carts; can't be seen by cars. Problem reported to the store via phone, store unable to turn on the lights.

Never addressed by BJ's. They said the problem was caused by Home Depot managing the timing of the lights. So the problem will still be there.
