Heading westbound on Ellingson, from Safeway, towards Pacific, are 2 entrances into the apartments. There needs to be a turn lane there or a traffic camera, or something else because the drivers/residents hit their brakes when they realize that the road is about to be clear of eastbound traffic and they are going to turn left now.
