The area is a disgrace especially surrounding a hospital. The fences across the street from Kaiser need major attention and at the least the weeds need to be removed but a power washing is also needed. Richardson to Woodside Road and Woodside Road itself are problem areas always filled with garbage. This needs to be on a regular maintenance schedule. The whole area is a health hazard. The homeowners/taxpayers in this area ARE entitled to a clean and toxic free area.
