I believe, and so does my neighbor, that they a running an illegal sober house, or something of that nature out of one of the apartments. Lots of comings and goings of young females. Not normal for the neighborhood. Would appreciate it, if police could check it out. The house is on the corner of Central St and Hall St. Across from brick housing units.
