The Code Officer has delivered a Correction notice to the location advising they may not receive deliveries before 6:30AM. The correct by date is August 15. If the earlier then 6:30 deliveries continue, please advise.

We're still having this issue. The BabiesRUs delivery truck came this morning at 5:30AM This is very disturbing.

Be advised the Code officer returned to this property and spoke to a Manager named Matt who stated that he would forward an email to corporate offices to inform/advise them of not to schedule/allow deliveries before 6:30 AM. Once more; please contact us if there are before 6:30 AM deliveries.

The delivery truck was here at 6:00AM. They're still violating the noise ordinance code.

Issued a Notice of Violation which stated, " Need to stop receiving deliveries before 6:30 any further violation may result in a $250.00 citation being issued per occurrence"

We're still dealing with this issue. The truck arrived today at 3:50AM This is so ridiculous. This is affecting our sleep. The have zero respect about this. Zero respect about the law. Please, we need your help on this.

The Director is sending the Code Officer to the property to issue a Citation. It is my understanding it will be for $250.

Thanks for your help on working on this issue. Dick's Sporting Goods is having truck deliveries at 4:15AM. There was a delivery this morning. The truck is labeled as "Brown Corp".
