Deteriorating Roads within the Deep Spring Community in Palm Harbor. The picture included is just one of many bad areas. We really need these roads re-paved since they have probably not been redone since the community was built in the 1990's. Our roads are in very poor shape and every day brings more cracks, standing water, and potholes. It is a detriment to our property values and while the rest of our community looks amazing, the roads are an eyesore to potential buyers and guests of residents and are a safety hazard to bikers and kids.
