Definitely, not sure a barrier could be put in place but "right turn only" signs and road markings would help.

I disagree with this for two reasons. If this was done: 1) MARTA busses would swing even more wildly in front of cars in the left lane. 2) It would eliminate one of the few spots I have a chance to get around oldsmobile drivers driving 8-12 MPH UNDER the speed limit on my way home. BTW I don't ever near-miss here. So I would down-vote this if it were possible.

@Sam Eads, thank you for proving my point with the Oldsmobile comment. I am guessing you are one of the people upset that crossing guards have the audacity to stop traffic to allow school children to cross the road too.

No, I'm the guy who drives the speed limit in the school zone and gets passed in the turn lane by some idiot. Just because I don't like driving 24 MPH in a 35 MPH zone all the way across Dunwoody doesn't translate into "I'm an idiot who tries to run down kids".

I agree with ralfytre. Painted street arrows indicating right turn only would help a lot. Marta would probably ignore them anyway.
