I called parking yesterday about the same issue. The guy I spoke to seemed to not even understand why I would want enforcement of parking laws and at least one car with out od state tags and no visitor pass has not been ticketed even though I told him exactly where it is. And the response here will likely be to call the parking number for these types of requests.

City Hall – DR assigned this issue to Traffic - KC (Permits)

This car has been parked in this spot since May 9 at 2:30 on the afternoon. I also sent two messages to Traffic and Parking. It’s one thing to park for a few minutes to run into the store. Happens all the time. But several days and several complaints and no response. This is ridiculous.
