Description

This once much quieter neighborhood is becoming a night hang out for young adults and minors on the cusp of being legal. Lots of drinking, yelling in the neighborhood and all the cars up and down the street. Action goes past 2 AM. What's more is that the actual homeowners (who are parents and/or guardians in all cases) allow these kids to raise havoc from their properties. There were a few car and home break-ins not long ago. The "party homes" didn't get hit, though...A PD cruiser on weekend evenings wouldn't get bored or lonely.
