owners dont' care that their renters dump trash and car parts in hope alley all the time instead of putting their trash out on the monday that they are supposed to do in front of their place. been reported to the authorities. will send letter to ICE next as the people are obviously illegals.

If the authorities wanted to do anything about the illegals there wouldn't be so many of them.
Now, if the perps actually owned the place, Norristown code officials would be all over them trying to find out what they could fine them for, money to be made and all of that...

Wonder if reporting it to the DEP would help because I am sure if they aren't worried about dumping car parts they are dumping oil and other things as well. I would however start with code enforcement. Doesn't matter if they own the property or not the owner is responsible for his tenants. DEP # is1-866-363-3867.

Code has been told and so has teh administration department. Seems like businesses have sway here and this one-horse town's backyard repair guy doesn't care. Flies all around and it smells like a barnyard in the alley. Just not in his back yard.
