I am not sure if this is the right way to report this, but the neighbors fence is falling apart in numerous spots along the lot line. I've done what I can to shore up what's left and reattach it to the post. But the wood is quite rotten.
The property recently got a new owner, and I'm not sure how to contact them to see what our options are. It's been many months since anyone lived there. I'm worried about intrusion into our property and squatters.

The City can not investigate Code Compliance requests from anonymous sources. On June 29, 2021, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 60 into law which no longer allows code enforcement officers to investigate anonymous complaints. All code enforcement reports must include the complainant’s personal information including name and address.
The new law states, “A person designated as a code inspector may not initiate an investigation of a potential violation of a duly enacted code or ordinance by way of an anonymous complaint. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or an ordinance must provide his or her name and address to the governing body of the respective board of county commissioners before an investigation occurs.”
