Description

A CalTrans large utility vehicle parked in the street along 3410 block of Edgewater Place seven days a week. Looks like the owner who just recently moved in the neighborhood works for CalTrans, and get to drive this vehicle at home. What is the city code on these type of parking, specially a state employee. If you pass by, you'll see it, parked everyday.
