Description
Sansom Street is becoming overgrown with weeds and bushes behind 1233 /1243 Oak Street and 1220/1212 Walnut Street. It would be very hard for a fire truck to access the area if needed. Any emergency vehicle would have difficult passage. It is even hard for a car to pass by.

Look to the property owner of 1233 Oak Street: they have ownership of the stretch of trees growing between 1233 and 1243. This has been happening every year for some time.
IRONICALLY the adjacent property heading east on Sansom Street (two story, facing 13th Avenue, corner of Sansom Street and 13th Avenue) is where the FIRE CHIEF OF MODENA lives. There may be a secondary reason they have a pool in the backyard...in case of fire because emergency vehicles don't have proper access! ......wait a minute...neglectful owner of 1233 Oak Street also has a pool! I guess if you're depending on Sansom Street for emergency access you should get a pool in case of fire. Also buy an AED unit in case of heart attack, and save some money for a lawyer if you suffer because the City of Coatesville isn't enforcing their own Tree Code. It's online for everyone to view :)
Maybe someone should contact Channel 6 or other news media to see how their remote broadcast trucks fit/not on Sansom Street?
