    Black Dodge Ram pick up truck parks on Samson St between 12th and 13th ave. There is no room for cars to go around and results in driving on my yard. Also the shrubbery on this alley way is over grown, was advised by codes dept that property owners would be fined and forced to remove the weeds. This has not occurred in over a year.
