Thanks for your unneeded comments. I thought this site was viewed by people that work for the city, and it's a way for them to get info about what's going on and what needs to be corrected.

Be careful..next there will be signs promoting condoms.
These parks need more alcohol. Alcohol free is just plain stupid. But, I guess some people think sweet tea, with 5 lbs of sugar, is better for you then a beer.

This site is for IMPORTANT things to be acted on by the City.

I don't have a problem with the alcohol, but the rules need to be fairly applied. A league I was on a few years ago, someone got arrested for having alcohol at the fields, so to see beer tents is a bit much. Either consistently change the law, or enforce it consistently. LEAVE THE TICKET OPEN FOR AN ACTUAL CITY EMPLOYEE TO REVIEW AND CLOSE AS THEY SEE FIT.

The issue was addressed by an ACTUAL city official. Question answered, and issue addressed. Thanks to the city of Raleigh P&R department. Perhaps some of the overzealous posters/guardians of this site should let issues they don't agree with stay on, and try not to be so hypercritical.
